Device Manufacturers

TLC Tugger

-Original TLC Tugger can be used with a strap or weights.

-TLC-X is bi-directional, and can also easily be used with a strap or weights at the same time by adding a split ring, making it True Dual Tension compatible. Spacers can also be added to lengthen the body of the device, making it very customizable.

-TLC-X Air can be used as direct or balloon inflation.

Dual Tension Restorer (DTR)

-The DTR is a customizable device that can be used as a basic tugging device with a strap or weights, or as a bi-directional device. A split ring can be added to the top hole of the pushing rod, and with the lock screw instead of rubber bands, the DTR can be used for True Dual Tension. They also sell spacers to lengnthen the body of the device, and parts to convert it into an air inflation device.

DILE Insert

-The DILE is a bi-directional device with a hook on the end for attaching a strap or weights making it True Dual Tension compatible. It comes with spacers that can be added to lengthen the body of the device. No air inflation option.

Mantor

-Mantor offers a basic tugging device for use with a strap, as well as a bi-directional device. They offer a ring adaptor that can be added to the pushing rod, making it an easy conversion to True Dual Tension. They do not sell spacers for adding length to the device. No air inflation option.

Foreskinned

- Foreskinned sells a basic device that can be used with a strap, another that can be used with weights, a bi directional device, and an air device. The weighted device has fixed weights, so it is better to buy the strap version and use separate weights if you choose. The Tower bi-directional device can be modified to be used as True Dual Tension. No spacers are available.

Pecker Packer

-The Pecker Packer can be used with a strap, weights, or air. There is no bi-directional component, but True Dual Tension is possible by combining air with a strap or weights. Spacers can be added to lengthen the body of the device.

MetaMoreFore

-A unique packing method that has spacers that go outside the skin tube. There is an attachment for using a strap as well. A decent amount of skin is required for use, so it is not for beginners.

ChrisOnlineStore

-Offers a basic tugging device that can be used with a strap, as well as an air device. A simple lower cost option.

Stealth Retainers

-Stealth retainers are meant to be used with weights, but they could probably be modified to attach a strap. Weights are sold in large increments, making fine tuning difficult. No bi-directional, air, or spacers.

Foreclip

-A clip that grips the skin, and is particularly useful for expanding skin on the underside of the shaft. An interesting concept, but a bit bulky and difficult to fine tune the tension.

Foregestalt

-An expensive tugger that is designed with a special soft silicone that can be used for longer periods without cutting off circultation.

CAT II Q

-A Bi-Directional device.

Air Force

-An expensive, high quality air inflation device.

FIT V3

-Air inflation device that offers a tugging attachment for using a strap. They also sell a Labia stretching device for women.

Hyper Restore

-Air inflation device.

Foreskin Mitosis Device

- Similar to the foregestalt

P.U.D

A weighted device that has to be taped on. One of the first devices on the market.

Foreballer

-A compact weighted device that uses tungsten weights. Grippers must be purchased separately from either the DTR website or Chrisonlinestore.

Tape and Beginner Methods

Canisters

TLC Tugger Canister Kit: This kit comes with everything you need to get started with the canister method.

Advanced Devices SuperCanister: The SuperCanister comes in two different style. They offer a kit for each as well. The kits come with weights only, so if you want to use an elastic strap you will have to buy one elsewhere. I would also recommend ditching the liquid adhesive that they sell and use tape only.

T-Tape / DIY Supplies

Tape

-Mefix tape is a popular brand for T-Tape. It is very sticky and stays on well, but is hard to remove. 4 or 6 inch wide is preferred

-Hypoallergenic medical tape is not as sticky, but is more breathable and easier to remove. 1 and 2 inch wide tape works well for the canister method.

Strap

-Adjustable bed sheet strap that will work for T-Tape or most devices

Retainers and Artificial Foreskin

Your Skin Cone

-The your skin cone is a retainer that keeps the skin covered over the glans directly. If you already have a TLC device, you can just use the cone that comes with it. All of the other retainers on the market grip the skin with two layers of silicone, which is not ideal since not all of the skin is in contact with the glans

Manhood

-The Manhood is a pouch that can be worn over the penis to keep the glans covered. This is especially usefull if you don’t have enough skin to use other retainers on the market. The silk option is the best material for skin contact.
